1. Product Overview
The Hexingyuan 6.5th generation automatic button covering machine is an upgraded industrial solution for mass production of fabric-covered buttons. It automates fabric placing, button shell feeding, wrapping, pressing and discharging. Compared with manual button wrapping, it increases output by 5–10 times while keeping size, thickness and shape consistency at a much higher level.
It is designed for clothing factories, hat manufacturers, sofa & upholstery factories, bag & footwear accessory makers, and garment-accessory workshops.

Stable Direct-Drive Press
Equipped with an upgraded high-power direct-drive pressing system. The machine runs with low vibration and lower noise, suitable for long-time continuous operation.
Low Jamming & Low Defect Rate
The 6.5th generation improves the feeding track and pressing mould. Empty-wrap and jam rates are greatly reduced. Finished buttons have consistent tension, edge wrap and thickness. Defect rate can be controlled within 0.1%.
